2025 Calendar Tutorial
IF YOU DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A CALENDAR TRAINING AND ARE NOT REGISTERED ON THE NEW WEBSITE / CALENDARS, ** PLEASE WATCH THIS VIDEO FIRST ** FOR INSTRUCTIONS.
GET YOURSELF REGISTERED ON THE NEW SITE AND THEN WATCH THE FULL WALK-THROUGH TUTORIAL BELOW.
On December 1, 7am we will open up the January 2025 sign-up calendars using our new system! If all goes well, on December 10th we will open the February 2025 sign-up calendars.
Prior to the December 1st Calendar opening, please take a moment to watch the tutorial video and walk through the system, practicing on our test tour and Magical Welcome Center at www.nhgsa.com.

All shifts happening during the 2024 year, will use the current calendar system for signing up. Hours will be reported for shifts worked in 2024 the same as always.
Shifts happening in 2025 will be signed up for using the new calendar system. Any shifts worked in 2025, you will be verifying your own hours within the new calendar system.
On December 1st, 2024 at 7am, we will open up the January 2025 calendars. If all goes well, we will open the February calendars on December 10, 7am.
