Recently, Granite State Ambassadors (GSA) volunteers had the pleasure of attending a special luncheon at 900 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria in Manchester. This generous invitation came from the restaurant’s owner, Priscilla Lane-Rondeau, who was inspired by the volume of guests our volunteers assist and the opportunities for referrals to local businesses.

About 900 Degrees

Located at 50 Dow Street in Manchester’s historic Millyard district for 17 years, 900 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria has expertly incorporated the charm of its renovated mill building into its atmosphere. With exposed brick, high-beamed ceilings, and ample natural light, the setting perfectly complements the restaurant’s warm and welcoming vibe.

900 Degrees is renowned for its commitment to using farm-fresh ingredients and maintaining sustainable practices. From gourmet pizzas to vegan and vegetarian options, their diverse menu caters to every palate. Whether you dine in, take out, or order delivery, they aim to make every guest feel like family. Additionally, 900 Degrees offers catering services and is open daily, making it a convenient choice for any occasion.

What We Sampled

Our group was treated to an impressive spread of their menu highlights. The Caesar Salad and the 900 Signature Salad were fresh and flavorful, showcasing a balance of crisp greens and creative toppings like cranberries, walnuts, and caramelized onions.

The pizzas were the stars of the show, with each offering a unique flavor profile. Among the highlights:

    • Granny Smith Pizza: EVOO, Grana Padano, fresh mozzarella, applewood-smoked bacon, roasted chicken, granny smith apples, cinnamon sugar & candied walnuts. Finished with maple drizzle.
    • Pompeii Pizza: House tomato sauce, garlic, crushed red pepper, Grana Padano, fresh mozzarella, hot sausage, diced jalapenos, pepperoni & salami, this one is spicy!
    • Pepe’s Pizza: EVOO, garlic & oregano, Grana Padano, fresh mozzarella, red onions, mushrooms, olives, artichokes, feta, tomatoes and fresh basil.
    • Saltimbocca Pizza: A winner in every sense, Roasted garlic cream sauce topped with fresh mozzarella, fontina, roasted chicken, tomatoes, caramelized red onion, prosciutto, torn sage.

Additionally, their meatballs and award-winning mac & cheese, featuring sharp cheddar and a breadcrumb topping, was a crowd-pleaser.
