Our Certified Granite State Ambassador Welcome Center Volunteers are frequently invited to experience businesses around the state. When you have personal knowledge of a place and their wonderful staff, you tend to refer guests differently than if you just handed them a brochure. There is a passion and sparkle in the intimate details you share, not to mention the ability to seamlessly share ideas to create a full day’s itinerary around your guests’ interests – encouraging them to explore places they may not have though of.

Supporting our charitable nonprofit through financial and gift card donations for our fundraisers keeps our educational programming the backbone of our front-line volunteerism. Our volunteers act as your word-of-mouth marketing team out of a pure love our state and sharing that love with YOUR guests and customers. Dear Friends of New Hampshire’s Tourism Industry,

We’re excited to invite you to participate in our Granite State Ambassadors Experience New Hampshire Auction, happening from December 1st at 6:00 AM EDT through December 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM EST. This year’s auction is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever, with thrilling new additions like periodic raffles and a grand prize drawing!

Our “Experience New Hampshire” auction celebrates the very best of New Hampshire, allowing bidders to explore hidden gems across our state. From dining certificates and luxurious getaways to one-of-a-kind experiences and unique products, there’s something for everyone. But more importantly, your donations keep our volunteers well trained to ensure visitors to New Hampshire have an unforgettable experience, leaving with lasting memories and a desire to return.

Your donations directly fuel the work of the NH Granite State Ambassadors, a non-profit organization that supports a network of over 350 active tourism volunteers. These volunteers contribute over 20,000 hours each year, greeting and guiding visitors at major hubs like the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, state welcome centers, chambers and the New Hampshire State House, as well as during key community events such as the Hampton Seafood Festival and the NH Farm, Forest & Garden Expo. In their interactions, they often recommend local businesses, services, and towns—meaning that your business benefits from the positive word-of-mouth that comes from their firsthand recommendations.
