Time of tour: 12:15 pm – 4:00 pm
Description: Tour downtown Lebanon and several arts organizations, including the Lebanon Opera House, AVA Arts Gallery, Upper Valley Music School. Spend time at the Lebanon Farmer’s Market (50 vendors!) This is partly an orientation for the new Lebanon Welcome Center, so if you’re interested in volunteering here, please sign up!
Eligibility: Must be an active GSA and have 50 service hours. GSAs who want to volunteer at the Lebanon Visitor Center can email Kelly and be pre-signed up – no hours restrictions.
How many GSAs can attend: 25
Uniform: GSA uniform. No purses or bags allowed on tour – leave them in your car trunk. You can bring a small cross-body purse, a waist pack, GSA cinch pack, or your new GSA neck wallet. Wear comfortable shoes.
Accessibility: Average/Some Walking & Maybe Stairs
Meeting location: Colburn Park, Lebanon – Lebanon Visitor Center (sign says Lebanon Historical Society). Restrooms in the Lebanon Town Hall.
Parking: Park along Colburn Park (free)
Food/Drinks: There may be drinks and a snack.
Tip: No tips necessary
Weather: Rain or shine. Dress accordingly.
# of stops: 3-4 with easy walking. If you sign up for this tour, it is expected that you commit to the entire length of the day and every stop.
