Tour: Miss Lauren Lake Tour

Date: DUE TO THE HIGH LAKE LEVELS THIS TOUR HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO JUNE 23rd. Those currently signed up will have first priorty to reschedule.

Tour # 1: Arrival time: 9:45 am

Time of tour: 10:00 am – 11:30 am

Tour #2: Arrival time: 11:45 pm

Time of tour: 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm (note time change)

Description: Upon leaving the Marina, we will cruise by Governors Island, the Witches, across the Broads to the Barber Pole, up into Moultonboro Bay, back down thru the Hole in the Wall, crossing the Broads and returning to the Weirs/Paugus Bay.  Along the way, you will hear stories and facts about the lake, the surrounding mountain ranges and towns.

Eligibility: Must be an active GSA and have 250 service hours

How many GSAs can attend: 8 per tour

Uniform: GSA uniform. No purses or bags allowed on tour – leave them in your car trunk. You can bring a small cross-body purse, a waist pack, GSA cinch pack, or your new GSA neck wallet. Wear comfortable shoes.

Accessibility: Average/Some Walking & Maybe Stairs

# of Stops: No stops.  Bathroom stops prior to departure are strongly encouraged

Parking: On-site at North Water marina

Water: Bringing a waterbottle is encouraged

Tip: Tips are appreciated, but not required

Weather: A light jacket and headwear is encouraged.  This tour is weather dependent.  Miss Lauren is a 28’ long open hull Hackercraft (no cover).  Wind and rainy weather factors into their operations.
