SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
GSA Embroidered Uniform Short Sleeve Polo Shirts
(1) 50% Cotton / 50% polyester $4000
(2) 100% polyester Performance Pique $4500
Up to 3, 100 shirt sponsorships are available to allow for size variations for initial roll-out, then 100 shirts are available per year.
Certified GSA volunteers are required to be in our uniforms when on duty which includes wearing a dark green polo shirt with our logo embroidered on the front left. As an official shirt sponsor, you can have your logo embroidered on the sleeve in lots of 100 shirts which is approximately a 12-18 month supply. Shirts are worn at statewide welcome centers including at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, NH State Highway Rest Areas, and NH Statehouse Visitor Center; museums, events, familiarization tours, meetings etc. Shirts would be distributed to new GSAs and those reaching 50, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000+ hours served.
Sponsorship also includes logo and link on our Become a GSA and For Current GSAs pages of our website, in our newsletter during training season, logo in our annual yearbook, and mention in our training press releases. You will also have the opportunity to be video interviewed to share information about your organization with our GSAs and partners.
Annual AMBIEs Awards Luncheon
Each November we pause to formally thank and celebrate our dedicated volunteers and the massive number of hours they spend volunteering statewide assisting our guests and learning about NH. We host up to 100 GSA volunteers for a meaningful ceremony and hot entree luncheon.
Depending on support level, sponsor benefits can include time at the luncheon to address and thank the group, Poster board with your logo and message at the event, logo on e-vites, logo on our website, social media promotion and in our annual yearbook, mention in our press releases (one general, one for each peer winner), we publicly thank you at the event, article in our newsletter, videoed interview/program to educate our volunteers about your organization.

(2) Prize packages for award winners
1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 and 6000 hours served – Typically they receive an overnight get-a-way package. Approximately 10-12 earn these levels annually.
500 hours served – Typically they receive donated gift basket items, admission tickets etc. In the past this level had received a White Mountains Attractions Association pass book. Approximately 8-10 earn this level annually.
Top Annual Hours – Typically this reward has been a special group excursion set for a specific day. We would like to expand this to something they can attend at their leisure with a guest.
Top 5 Peer Awards – These award winners are chosen by their peers based on certain criteria. Typically, this award consists of a perpetual trophy for 1 year and a seat on our special group excursion. When donated, we like to include an overnight stay.
Merit Awards – These award winners are chosen by their peers for unique awards including Rookie of the Year, Industry Partner, Blogger of the Year, Granite Award…
Promotional Gifts – Most years we give a promotional thank-you gift with our logo on it that is practical to use while volunteering or while on tour. Past items have included cinch saks, water bottle holders, lanyards, neck wallets… Typically we purchase a quantity of 250. We are open to gifting our volunteers your own logo’d items or partnering with you to include both of our logos on an item.
Annual Founder’s Day Celebration
$4000 covers entire cost for up to 100 participants
$2000 subsidizes cost GSA would pay to attend
Beginning in our 25th anniversary year (2021) and now annually held on June 1st, this is our season kick-off mixer. We typically invite our volunteers for a day of fun to introduce our new GSAs to the larger group, rekindle friendships and get excited about upcoming volunteer opportunities. Past celebrations included a mini-golf tournament with lunch and a buffet lunch aboard a lake cruise. We have found this mixer to be invaluable to our volunteer retention and loyalty efforts.
Sponsor benefits include: logo and link on our website on both public and GSA volunteer sign-up pages and in our newsletter. Mention with logo and weblink in post-event blog article that is written, a video interview/program and an article in our newsletter to better educate our volunteers about your organization. This sponsorship can be in-kind by hosting the group of 60-100.
GSA Certification 2-day Training
Our 14-hour, 2-day certification training program is held 3-4 times annually in locations around the state. In addition to guest experience training, GSA Certification brings in over 25 agencies, associations & businesses from around the state to present as part of our comprehensive overview of New Hampshire. All of our volunteers must complete this training to be eligible to serve as part of our program.
Monetary Sponsorships
(1) $1000 per day – continental breakfast, snacks, lunch & beverages 32-35 people
Food sponsors will have their logo included in our annual yearbook, on training materials, and on our website’s recruitment page with a weblink; time to address the group to thank them for certifying, your promotional materials prominently in their packets, and a space to display your poster board with logo/messaging. You can also send up to 2 people through the certification training. It’s a great statewide overview.
(2) $2500 – full training sponsor for one class.
Can be in-kind for supplying both venue & food for training.
All of the above plus naming rights for the class, i.e., [your business name] class of 2023. You may also invite the class for an in-person tour of your property so they can experience it first-hand to better refer guests. You can also send up to 4 people through the certification training. It’s a great statewide overview.
In-kind partnership sponsorships are also an option.
Learning Opportunities
$3000 / year
Our volunteers are revered for their insatiable appetite for learning about New Hampshire to ensure they give the best information possible to our traveling guests. This sponsorship supports our staff’s ability to schedule and execute our learning opportunities including monthly in-person tours, virtual programs, video interviews, newsletter features, specialty trainings.
Sponsorship includes: logo included in certification training materials, logo and link on our website on both public and GSA volunteer sign-up pages for every learning opportunity and in our newsletter, logo in our annual yearbook. Mentions with logo and weblink in each post-tour blog article that is written, a video interview/program and an article in our newsletter to better educate our volunteers about your organization.
Newsletter Advertisement
$100 per newsletter
Volunteer Newsletter: An image and paragraph of your choosing with weblink. Newsletters are sent to 1000 GSAs and front-line industry staff every other week and posted on our website and social media.
Industry Newsletter: An image and paragraph of your choosing with weblink. Newsletters are sent to 500 subscribed front-line industry staff monthly and posted on our website and social media.
Industry Champion
$500 per year
