ORIENTATION INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR SHIFT
We need A LOT of help for this one – they are expecting 20,000 people to attend this event and are making a VERY generous donation to NHGSA for our help! We will be in the parking lots and grounds as we were before. There will be 2 lots and they will be in new locations this year – Merrimack Premium Outlet and Merrimack High School. We will no longer be at BAE and Harris Pond.
GSAs who volunteer will be able to attend the event before or after their shifts. IF YOU ARE A NOT-YET GSA and want to volunteer at this event, please reach out to me at kelly@nhgsa.com.
We will again be serving on the Event Grounds and in 2 NEW parking lots helping to get attendees on and off the buses.
Lot Manager: GSA Staff or Board person
Grounds Manager: Will take responsibility for GSAs volunteering on the grounds. Checking in and out, training if needed, giving breaks, communicating with GSA staff person in the lots. Must have worked at least 3 years of Ribfest on the grounds previously.
Parking Lot: Merrimack Premium Outlet Center – will have 2 bus stops. Need 2 people at each one. Greet, give event information to guests prior to boarding, track #s who get on bus. Water, seat and shade available, but you will be standing a lot in the sun. There are 2 people so you can take turns.

Grounds – Premium Parking Check in: check people off a list who paid for premium parking.
