Founder’s Day Outing

You are invited to join us to celebrate Founder’s Day as part of our 25th Anniversary Celebration to commemorate the day of the first partner meeting that led to forming Granite State Ambassadors. The event is to thank our founders, Peter Morgan, Judi Window, and Bill Petersen, for their continued support, and to thank our GSAs, for your dedication and role in our success.

Plenty of free parking available. You may want to bring a folding chair (some picnic style seating is available), hat, bug spray and sunscreen.

72 GSAs can attend (18 holes / 4 per team)

GSA uniforms not required – dress to suit your team name.

MASK POLICY FOR FOUNDER’S DAY EVENT:

We are looking forward to seeing you all at our Founder’s Day on June 1st!  Thank you to everyone who filled out our mask survey.  This was very beneficial in helping us to understand the opinions, concerns, and comfort levels of our GSAs.  We recognize that the recent decision from the CDC has loosened the guidelines for masks, but the survey provided us with a way to hear from our GSAs directly.  We want to have an enjoyable and safe event, and we want everyone to feel comfortable celebrating with us.

We have read through every response on our recent mask survey.  Based on the responses, we have created a plan for our mask policy at this event.  We would like to respectfully ask everyone to wear a mask at the beginning (presentations) and end (awards) of the event as social distancing will be difficult during the presentations (30 minutes on either side of golf and lunch).  When we are eating, we will follow restaurant protocols, so please feel free to remove your mask at your table to eat.

During the mini golf portion, wearing a mask is strongly encouraged, but teams can make their own decisions based on how they feel and their ability to adequately social distance.  Please be respectful of others’ opinions and decisions.

In general, please be respectful and mindful of others’ opinions and decisions regarding masks and vaccines.  We are adding masks/vaccines to our “Don’t Talk About” list from training (sex, sexual orientation, politics, religion, vaccines/masks).

Thank you for understanding our position at this time.  Our first and utmost priority is keeping our volunteers safe and comfortable.  We are looking forward to a fun-filled event and the ability to gather in person to celebrate our 25th anniversary and our founders!

There will be awards for the following at designated holes. In the event of a tie, we will do a random drawing to determine the winner.

TEAM NAMES
The GSA Social Committee helped select the following team names. When you sign up in the online calendars, you will be able to choose your team. Teams will have 4 people each. Sign up with someone you don’t know and meet new friends! We will facilitate team communication prior to the event.
Why are some teams only 3 people on the calendars? We have held back some team slots for newer GSAs from the classes of 2020 and 2021 and our key partners. If you are new and need help signing up, email kelly@nhgsa.com.
