GSA Staff Liason: Kelly Bryer email@example.com 603-960-0272
Eligibility: Must have at least 50 volunteer service hours and be actively volunteering
What should I wear?
Full GSA uniform (khaki pants). Keep an eye on the weather forecast. The entire hour-long tour will take place in our barn and outdoors. Tours will be rain or shine. Sunscreen, bug spray, and/or weather-proof outerwear are recommended. While we won’t be hiking trails, there will be walking on grass, gravel, and some uneven terrain. Please wear sturdy shoes.
When should I arrive?
We encourage you to arrive 10 or 15 minutes before the scheduled start time so that you can sign in, look at the displays and information around our antique barn, and visit with other guests.
Where should I park?
The tour will begin and end in the big white barn located at 884 White Oaks Road in Laconia (just down the hill from Prescott Farm’s main entrance). There is parking available adjacent to the barn.
What health & safety precautions are being taken?
The health & safety of our guests, volunteers and staff is our highest priority. Masks are mandatory for everyone present. Sign-in writing utensils will be sanitized and single use. Hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, and disposable masks will be available to guests who need them.
How long should I plan to be there?
The tour is one hour. In order to respect guests’ schedules, we will start the tour at the designated time and ask that phones/cameras be silenced and away for the duration of the tour. Staff will be available to answer questions immediately after the tour or in a follow-up phone call. The property is open dawn-to-dusk 365 days a year, so you are welcome to take photos of the property at the conclusion of the tour or anytime you visit.
