Lunch at A Lot of Thai in Merrimack

Escape the winter blahs and join us for a lunch at the newest Thai Restaurant in Merrimack. A Lot of Thai can be found in the newly developed 360 Plaza on Daniel Webster Hwy north of exit 11 and south of the Bedford toll booths. New but rapidly becoming a favorite in Merrimack with its unusual decor and tasty food offering. There is plenty of parking in the lot directly in front of the restaurant. Visit their website noted below so you can plan what selections would delight you. Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Keep in mind these are not official GSA events. We are all on our own for lunch. Note that we are suggesting that you wear your uniform as it does make a statement and a nice way to promote the organization. Lunch at Vibes in Concord

Join us at one of the best burger spots in town at Vibes Gourmet Burgers, 25 South Main Street in Concord. (www.vibesgourmetburgers.com), on Monday March 23 at 12:30. This informal restaurant specializes in handcrafted beef burgers with fresh brioche buns. They also have grilled chicken, ground turkey, and vegan veggie patties so there’s something for everyone. Along with your choice of burger they offer all natural white or sweet potato fries. Two salad choices or coleslaw are available. Slake your thirst with a soda, milk shake, beer or wine.
If you’re craving dessert after lunch, Bread and Chocolate Bakery is right next door. Want some exercise before dessert; wander up Main Street to the Crust and Crumb or Granite State Chocolates on Warren Street.
There are great shops along Main Street including 5 women’s boutiques, the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen, Gibson’s Bookstore, Capital Craftsmen, and The Viking Shop. Not interested in shopping, then head to the New Hampshire State House where a friendly GSA will be glad to give you a tour.
Parking is available in a nearby city garage and other locations. More detailed parking information will be sent to those signed up a week before.
