Tour: The New Hampshire Telephone Museum

Description: NHTM houses over 1000 telephone-related artifacts, two interactive/hands-on rooms, a
special exhibit [2023 special exhibit is called “COLORS: A Selfie Experience”, so guests are encouraged to bring their smartphones so that selfies can be taken and then shared. We are happy to offer a guided tour, which offers guests a unique look into the history of the telephone and the various individuals highlighted throughout the museum. Over the years, we have hosted many groups like the NHGSA and have heard that their experience here was much more than they had expected and much more fun than they anticipated!

Calendar Sign-ups: Will open on September 12th at 8 am

Eligibility: Must be an active GSA and have 50 service hours

How many GSAs can attend: up to 40

Uniform: GSA uniform. No purses or bags allowed on tour – leave them in your car trunk. You can bring a small cross-body purse, a waist pack, GSA cinch pack, or your new GSA neck wallet. Wear comfortable shoes.

Accessibility: This would be a standing/walking tour around the museum.  There are chairs available and we do have a wheelchair if a guest should wish to use it.

Meeting Location: One Depot Street, Warner, NH

Parking: Free, onsite parking available

Food/water: No meals provided, however, there are several restaurants in Warner and nearby. We also have a meeting room that we could set up for a bag lunch depending on the number of GSA.

Weather: Not weather dependent.
