Our new member partner InTown Concord would love to have some GSAs come help out at their Annual Meeting & Board Installation Ceremony on April 2, 2020. The event is their formal celebration and recap of 2019’s accomplishments, volunteer recognition, board installation and more.

The event runs from 7:30am-9:00am and they are looking for 3 GSAs to volunteer from 7am-8am as door greeters and at their registration / welcome table.

Date/time: April 2, 2020, 7am-8am (plan to arrive 10 minutes early)

Location: New Company C location on Storrs St (old Concord Antiques building), 97 Storrs Street, Concord NH

Parking: Meters go in effect at 9am, so you can park at any metered space for free.

Duties:

  • Door Greeters (2) – Welcome attendees
  • Registration / Welcome Table (1) – Welcome and check-in attendees, give general information

Uniform: GSA uniform (black pants)

Hours: This volunteer opportunity will earn 2 volunteer service hours. Your hours will be reported for you.

Food: You are welcome to grab a bite to eat when your shift is over.
