Location: Anheuser-Busch Brewery — Outdoor Fields, 221 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack NH

Join us to help staff the Gin Blossoms + Vertical Horizon Concert
[2,500-3,500 ticketed attendees]

Parking: Volunteers will be parking at the stable

Uniform: GSA uniform – GSA forest green shirt with khaki pants, shorts, capris or skirts. Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray recommended

COVID Safety Protocols: As of June 9th, 2021, those who are fully vaccinated DO NOT need to wear a mask. Face coverings are strongly recommended for anyone who is not fully vaccinated.

For this event, we will be accepting non-GSA volunteers by referral. Ask us if you would like to invite family or friends to join you for your shift.

Volunteers can listen to the concert before or after your shift – standing room only or if there are any open seats

400-500 guests will have the VIP experience with onsite parking, expedited entry, separate entry line, separate beer line, field house for VIP bathrooms, and entrance into after party

FYI – VIP exclusive bathrooms are in the field house just inside the gate.

Guest parking for this event will be at Elbit’s lots across the street and on the Anheuser-Busch grounds.

Volunteer Shifts:

We will need volunteers to check pre-paid tickets for parking at Elbit and also at Anheuser-Busch.

Anheuser-Busch Shift times: 10:00am – 1:00pm; 12:45 – 3:00pm; 2:45 – 6:00pm

Elbit Shift times: 10:30am – 1:45pm; 1:30 – 4:00pm; 3:45 – 6:00pm

We need ticket box office volunteers, line monitors and floaters WE REALLY NEED HELP FOR THE 2:15-6PM SHIFTS!

Shift times: 10:30am – 2:30pm; 2:15 – 6:00pm

We need exit gate monitors

Shift times: 11:00am – 2:30pm; 2:15 – 6:00pm

Ushers: need 4 x 3 aisles (9-12 volunteers) inside the concert. 9 sections; stage will have screens on sides, plus camera man.

Shift times: 11:00am – 2:30pm; 2:15 – 6:00pm

After party tickets

Shift times: 6:30 – 8:30pm.
