Volunteer: Hampton Children’s Festival
August 15-19, 2022
The Annual Hampton Beach Children’s Festival is the family fun event of the summer, kicking off on Monday, August 15th with a magic show by BJ Hickman on the famous Hampton Beach Seashell Stage and other activities every day at 10 a.m. and building up to a Giant Costume Parade that marches almost the length of Hampton Beach on Friday, August 19th at 11 a.m. The parade begins at the parking lot of the Hampton Beach State Park. Every child gets a prize just for being a part of it!
We will have the 2022 schedule soon!
Each day will be a blockbuster, filled with non-stop activity and entertainment, including mini-golf, free ice cream, dancing, storytellers, balloons, and more. There’s even a kids’ bumper sticker contest.
All Children’s Festival activities are free and open to the public.

Parking: Free parking available at the Hampton Beach Village District lot on the corner of Brown Ave and Ashworth Ave. They will have your names ahead of time.
Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before your shift to allow for parking time

Uniform: GSA uniforms required. GSA forest green shirt with khaki pants, shorts, capris or skirts. No purses please. GSA cinch sak, cross-body wallet, or waist bags only.
There will be water available. Feel free to store any belongings in the Chamber of Commerce office.
Perks: Please feel free to attend the event before or after your shift. Volunteers receive FREE event shirts!
