Tales from the MHT public side

by GSA Moe Demers, Comfort Inn Airport Class of 2011

The lady in the wheelchair is Joan from Maryland. The lady in black and white is a Good Samaritan named Deborah. When Elaine and I came on shift, GSA’s Ron R and Roz W told us Joan’s flight back to Maryland was cancelled and the next available flight was tomorrow. The problem was that her daughter from Windham had already left after dropping her off. Deborah took an interest and helped Joan connect with her daughter.

She stayed with Joan until her family arrived and then took her to curbside to be picked up. I wanted to make Deborah an Honorary GSA. But true to her good Samaritan calling, she left before I could do so. Joan no doubt will go back home with a good taste in her mouth for the people of New Hampshire.
