Uniform: Full GSA uniform (khaki pants)

Tour eligibility: You must have a cumulative total of 100 volunteer service hours to sign up at the calendar opening – 12 of which hours must have been served in past 6 months. On June 1, anyone with 12 hours served in past 6 months can sign up to attend (don’t need to have 100 hours).

Tour description – SUMMARY (details for each group below)

The tour begins with a short ride on the Wolfeboro Trolley into Town to board the “Millie B” for an antique boat ride on Lake Winnipesaukee to The Libby Museum (the oldest , and only, natural history museum in NH). The Trolley meets you for the return trip to Town for shopping and lunch, followed by visits to our other Museums: New Hampshire Boat Museum, Wright Museum of WWII, and Wolfeboro Historic Society’s Clark House Complex.

You’ll see: beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee and its grand homes, NH wildlife up close, amazing wooden boats, real tanks and antique fire engines, and the inside of a one-room school house, plus MORE!

Meeting location:

Kingswood Art Center Parking lot (off MacManus Rd) at Kingswood Regional High School, South Main Street, Wolfeboro.

Will there be drinks / snack / lunch provided? Water, coffee, and snacks will be provided at The Libby Museum. Lunch break and shopping in downtown Wolfeboro.

Boat seats 8, and is an antique wooden vessel that cruises leisurely along the shore and into “The Broads” to Winter Harbor where you’ll arrive at The Libby Museum dock. We assist you to board and disembark; you’ll need to be able to manage 2 deep steps.
