Volunteer: NH Camping and Recreational Vehicle Show
Event Description: We’re looking for a few friendly, outgoing volunteers to help out with the NH Tourism Booth at the 2024 Camping and RV Show in Milford. Plan to engage guests in conversation about NH and its attractions, and pass out literature (highway maps, NH Visitor Guides, and more).
The Camping and RV Show features RV dealers, camping equipment outlets, and more than 50 campground owners/managers.
Event times:
- Friday, March 15, 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Saturday, March 16, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Sunday, March 17, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Shift times:
- Friday, March 15th: 12:30-4:00, 3:45-7:00
- Saturday, March 16th: 9:30-1:15, 1:00-4:45, 4:30-8:00
- Sunday, March 17th: 9:30-1:00, 12:45-4:00

GSAs needed: 2 GSAs per shift. There will not be GSA staff on duty, but they can be reached via phone. Kelly can be reached at 603-851-8624.
**If your shift replacement is running late, please consider staying until they arrive, if possible. And please let us know.
At the end of your shift, please re-stock the table. Let us know if anything is running low.
Event location: The Hampshire Dome: 34 Emerson Rd, Milford
Parking: On-site. There may be free off-site parking available with shuttle buses available.

Perks: Come early or stay after your shift to see the show
Orientation: Orientation info will be posted online closer to the event.
Uniform: GSA shirt, black pants/skirt, and name tag. Shoes that you are comfortable standing in are a must, and there is usually space in the booth under the table or behind the banners to stash your bag.
Difficulty rating: Although there are chairs in the booth, please be prepared for the possibility that you will be standing for most of your shift.
