Friday: 3:00 – 6:00; 3:00 – 6:30; 3:00 – 7:00; 3:15 – 6:15; 3:45 – 7:00; 4:30 – 8:30; 5:45 – 8:30; 6:00 – 9:00; 6:15 – 9:00; 6:15 – 10:00

Saturday: 11:00 – 2:30; 11:00 – 2:45; 11:00 – 3:00; 11:15 – 3:00; 11:45 – 4:00; 12:30 – 3:30; 2:15 – 5:15; 2:30 – 6:00; 2:45 – 6:30; 2:45 – 7:00; 3:15 – 6:30; 5:00 – 8:00

Mandatory Orientation: June 16, 3:00 pm on Zoom – sign-ups open in the calendar. There will be an online survey option for those who can’t attend.

Concert Schedule:

Friday, June 17th – 5 pm: Spin Doctors with special guest The Gravel Project

Saturday, June 18th – 1 pm: Great White & Slaughter with special guest Liv’n Brilliant

GSA Uniforms: required. GSA forest green shirt with khaki pants, shorts, capris or skirts. Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray recommended.

GSA Volunteer Park: GSAs can park in the main paved lots or in the grass soccer fields.

Volunteer Duties:

Box Office Windows at Softball Field entrance: Sell tickets

VIP Entrance: Manage VIPs, scanning, ID

Ticket Scanners / ID Checks: Scan pre-paid tickets, check IDs

Ushers: Help attendees find seats, answer questions
