Event: Friday, May 3, 9am-7pm and Saturday, May 4, 9am-4pm

Event Description: This family-friendly event features a variety of engaging exhibitors, agriculture experts, and educational workshops of interest to home-owners, hobby-farmers and industry members alike, barnyard animals, agricultural demonstrations, children’s programs and activities, livestock & horticultural competitions and more. Not to be missed demonstrations include working sawmills and heavy equipment.
Parking Information: Free parking is available on site.

Volunteer Duties:
Thursday May 2nd: Exhibitor Registration, Buildings. Volunteers on Thursday will receive a ticket to the expo for Friday or Saturday.
Friday May 3rd: Exhibitor Registration, Exhibitor Gate, Classroom Monitor, Ticket Sales / Cash Register / Credit Card Register, Hand Stamper, Expo Support / Exhibit Hall Floater / Surveys, Awards Ceremony, NH Tourism Booth, FARMO game booth, Parking direction tent
Saturday May 4th: Exhibitor Registration, Exhibitor Gate, Classroom Monitor, Ticket Sales / Cash Register / Credit Card Register, Hand Stamper, Expo Support / Exhibit Hall Floater / Surveys, NH Tourism Booth, Parking direction tent
Volunteer Shifts – double shifts are allowed:
Thursday May 2
Exhibitor check-in / set up: 8:00am-12:00pm, 12:00-4:00pm, 4:00-7:00pm
Friday, May 3
Tickets / Exhibitor Check-in: 6am – 10am; 10am-1pm; 1pm-4pm; 4pm-7pm
Everything else: 8:30am-12:30pm; 12:30-4pm; 4-7pm
Saturday, May 4
Tickets / Exhibitor Check-in: 7am – 10am; 10am-1pm; 1pm-4:30pm
Everything else: 8:30am-12:30pm; 12:30-4:30pm
Help to break down the event from 4-5pm is always appreciated.
Mandatory Orientation: Tues, April 30, 9-10 am via Zoom. Signups will be open in the calendar. There will be a survey orientation option if you cannot attend the Zoom meeting.

Come early or stay late to see the Expo.
Food
You can buy food on site or bring your food. We have a full kitchen available for you including a Keurig and tea pot.
Belongings
We will have an office trailer. You can store your belongings in here and relax during breaks.
Dress code
Full GSA uniform: GSA shirt, KHAKI pants or skirt and name tag.
No purses or large bags, please. Fanny packs and small over the shoulder wallets are okay.
If you need to add extra layers for warmth, please try to wear them underneath your GSA shirt (complimentary plain colored long sleeved shirts, turtlenecks, etc.) Please try to avoid sweaters, coats, and vests that might obscure your uniform shirt. If you are wearing a sweater, it must be a cranberry, forest green, or navy cardigan style.
Difficulty Rating: 3
Must be able to stand and/or walk for most shifts. Some sitting and sit/stand positions will be available.
